Rental Period
All rates are based on a minimum rental period of 24 hours.

If you are based out of Auckland please contact us.

Delivery
Delivery means drop off and collection within the Auckland area. Should you require delivery South of Manurewa or North of Silverdale, these areas will incur a courier surcharge.

Payments and Deposits
Santa Claus Suit Hire Co welcomes cheque and cash payments on delivery or direct bank deposit.

Full payment is required before or on delivery of your order.

Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled up to 5 days before delivery of costumes, $25.00 handling fee will be charged. If a booking is cancelled or the costume not worn after the delivery of the costume  a refund will not be given.

Any variations to this cancellation policy are at the discretion of the Santa Claus Suit Hire Company Ltd.

GST
No GST applies to costume rentals, as the Santa Claus Suit Hire Co is not GST registered.
